Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed code are transferred to the client. Yogya Tech LLC retains the right to use generalized knowledge and methodologies.
All client information, source code, and business data are treated as strictly confidential.
Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
